Returns and Exchanges

Sometimes items show up and aren't what you expected. If that's the case then you better return it because we want you to be 100% sure you got what you wanted.

You have exactly 60 days from your purchase date to return or exchange out an item. Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

To process a Return or Exchange follow these easy steps:

1. Click HERE to get an Return Merchandise Authorization number

2. Once you recieve an authorization number package up the items you were authorized to return

3. In big letters, write your RMA # on the outside of the package

4. Ship all returns to the address below

Returning Merchandise:
At this time we don't compensate for return shipping unless your product is proven defective. It is your duty to package and ship your items back to us. Once we have received the package it can take up to 5 days to process your return. Once we have processed your return you will be notified and your account will be credited within 24 hours. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to actually process through the Credit Card companies system.
